How to use the Smartsheet notifications chatbot in Zoom
Smartsheet notifications are sent to Zoom chat channels via the Zoom chatbot for Smartsheet.
Prerequisites

An account with Zoom is required
Note: Installing the app is only possible for Zoom admins. -

You can access the Zoom Marketplace by logging into your Zoom Admin account and navigating to the Zoom Marketplace page.

Click the app Smartsheet Notifications after searching for it in the app store.
Note: Please contact your Zoom admin if this app has not been approved for your account yet and if it needs to be approved. -
Please click on Add, confirm that the app receives the permissions it needs, and select Allow.

As soon as you have installed the Zoom chat app for Smartsheet, you will see a success page on your Zoom account. After this, you will be able to access the Zoom chat app for all users within your Zoom account.
In the left-hand panel of the Zoom Chat tab on the left-hand side of the page, you can find this app listed under the APPS section after you have installed it.
How to use the chat commands
You can use the Smartsheet chatbot to perform the following actions:

In the chat app for Smartsheet, you can enter help to see a list of commands that can be executed.
setup
Connecting, disconnecting, and configuring subscriptions are done through setup.

From the Zoom Marketplace, click on the Smartsheet app and navigate to the Smartsheet channel displayed in the Zoom chat tab after installing the Smartsheet app.

Setup is the command you need to enter.

You will receive a message from the Smartsheet chat app containing a link with which to set up your Smartsheet account once you send the request.

To authenticate with Smartsheet, simply click the link below.

You will be able to authorize your Smartsheet account by clicking the Connect button on the web page that loads once the page loads.
The browser will display a configuration tab on the webpage as soon as the authorization is successful, and a success message will be displayed on the webpage as well. After Smartsheet is approved, Zoom users will be able to configure subscriptions sheet-wise to get the notifications in the channels they have subscribed to, as soon as Smartsheet is authorized. -
Those subscribers who subscribe to the channel will be notified when the selected sheet is updated, deleted, or commented on.
Please follow the steps below to disconnect your Zoom account from Smartsheet:

Click on the CONNECT SMARTSHEET tab in setup and you will be able to connect smartsheets.

The button to Disconnect will appear when you click it.
Note: The first thing you need to do if you create or delete a sheet in your Smartsheet account is to authorize your Smartsheet account with Zoom again so you can configure notifications from those sheets. In order to disconnect and reconnect your Smartsheet account, you will need to run the setup command.

The following is an example of a Zoom meeting that can be created instantly and the Zoom meeting link can be obtained by entering meet or clicking on the Create Meeting button from the help command:
If you are using Zoom client, it will appear under the Meetings tab on the left-hand side of your Zoom client as a list of scheduled meetings.
How to remove the Smartsheet chat app

Log into your Zoom account as a Zoom admin, and navigate to the Zoom Marketplace within your Zoom account.

Click the Smartsheet app in the search results, or navigate to your installed apps via the Manage menu and click on Added Apps.

The Smartsheet will be removed when you click the Remove button.

Click the Remove button after you have confirmed the dialogue box.
