How to Use the Zendesk notifications chatbot in Zoom
By providing a Zendesk chatbot through Zoom, you will be able to take advantage of Zoom Chat and receive notifications and messages regarding updates and changes from the Zendesk chatbot linked to your Zendesk account.
Prerequisites for installing and using the Zendesk notifications chatbot

An account with Zoom is required

An administrator account for Zendesk is required

Zoom Marketplace has pre-approved the Zendesk Notifications by Zoom chatbot that can be found in the Zoom Marketplace.
Note: If the app is not pre-approved, please contact your Zoom admin.
How to install and configure the Zendesk integration
How to install from the Zoom Marketplace

The Zoom Marketplace can be accessed through your Zoom account by logging in.

You can find Zendesk Notifications by Zoom by searching for the app in your app store and by clicking it.
Note: If the app is not pre-approved, contact your Zoom admin to approve this app for your account. -
Please click on Add, confirm the app’s permission requests, and click on Allow to begin the process.

Zoom can be connected to your Zendesk account by clicking the Connect button.

If you want to save your Zendesk Server configuration, you must enter your Zendesk Server domain.

Once you have confirmed that the Zoom account you are trying to connect with is correct, click Connect.

Authorize your Zendesk account by logging in via your Zendesk account.

In Zoom Chat, after you have received authorization, you can close the window and complete the setup process.
How to configure the Zendesk Subscription

If you click Confirm, a window will appear in which you can select your subscriptions and set up Zendesk notifications.
You will now be able to use your subscription.
How to use the Zendesk chatbot
Once the Zendesk subscription has been activated, chat notifications will begin to arrive in your inbox. There will be a mapping of these channels to the chosen Zoom Channel in the subscription. You will be notified when a new notification is sent out, and you will receive the following information:
