You can also access My Page from Zoom installed on your computer.
After launching Zoom and signing in, click “Settings” in the upper right corner of the main page.
The setting is like this screen.
There is an item “Edit advanced options” in the setting screen “General” or “Account”, and if you click here, the browser will be launched and you can access My Page.

How to use my profile
My profile is a collection of basic information about what you have registered with Zoom. You can also change your registered email address and password here.

When you upload an image, you will be asked to crop the size of the image you want to display. Cut out the part you want to use.
If you turn off the camera, it will be a murky scene, but you can alleviate it by setting an image.
How to use your personal meeting ID
When you create a Zoom account, you will be given a personal meeting ID. By default, this personal meeting ID is turned off, so a different ID will be displayed randomly each time.
Your personal meeting ID is the 10-digit number shown in the black area in the image below.
It is the personal meeting ID that can fix this. If you use this, you do not have to send the ID every time, so it is a recommended function when using it with fixed members.
To use your personal meeting ID, click “Edit” and then check the “Use personal meeting ID for immediate meetings” box.
Sign-in email address

To use it, click “Edit” in the upper right corner as you would any other.
The user type indicates your current account grade. If you would like to upgrade from the current grade, please click “Upgrade” written in blue.
You can set which country your account is based on when using Zoom. Basically, I think it will be Japan, so let’s select “(GMT + 9: 00) Osaka, Sapporo, Tokyo”. I think that is often the case from the initial settings, but let’s check.
You can set the language here. Please note that the language selected here will be reflected in all the languages in My Page.
To change it, click “Edit” on the right and select the language.
The sign-in password allows you to change the sign-in password you have set. By clicking “Edit” on the right side, you will be prompted to enter the old password and new password. Follow the instructions to proceed with the change.

How to use My Meeting Settings

Various settings of the “Meeting” item can be switched ON / OFF by clicking the round button on the right side.
When the button is on the right side and the bar is blue, it is ON, when the button is on the left side and the bar is gray, it is OFF.

How to schedule a meeting
Here, set the settings before starting the meeting. I will introduce each of them.

This can be set to start the meeting when you, the host, turn on the video.

Participation in front of the host
When this is turned on, participants can join the meeting before the host joins. It is also possible to have participants make an ice break with each other first using this function.
If this setting is turned off, participants will not be able to join the meeting until the host joins the meeting.
Password required if private meeting attendees can attend in front of the host
If this setting is turned on, a password will be required for participants to join the meeting before you can join the meeting.
This is for the purpose of preventing unauthorized access due to URL leakage.
Create and request a password for participants over the phone

Mute participants automatically

Chat auto save

Audio is played when a participant joins or leaves
When this setting is turned on, sound effects will be played when participants newly join and leave the meeting.
If this sound can only be heard by the organizer, it can be changed so that it can be heard by the participants.
Different sounds will be heard when joining and leaving. When you join, you will hear a sound like “ping-pong!”, And when you leave, you will hear a sound like “howan” (sorry for the lack of expression. Lol)
When this function is turned on, data can be exchanged through the chat function. It’s a function that can be used when there are many things you want to share and there is a limit to screen sharing alone.
However, the file transmission function cannot be used if end-to-end encryption is turned on, so if you want to send a file, turn off encryption.

By turning this setting ON, you will be able to send opinions to Zoom.

Hosts can put participants on hold
The host can temporarily remove attendees from the meeting. This feature is useful for pausing a meeting when preparing something.
