How to use Zoom’s Evernote Chatbot
By using Zoom’s Evernote Chatbot, you will be able to easily access, create, and update your Evernote content in the Zoom Chat channel that you designate, and you will be able to make any changes as needed. Additionally, you can receive alerts from your Evernote account within the Zoom chat application which you can access from anywhere.
Prerequisites for Zoom’s Evernote Chatbot

It is necessary to have an administrator account for Evernote

Ownership or administrative privileges of an account

In the Zoom App Marketplace, the Evernote Chatbot has been pre-approved as a Zoom App
Note: If your Zoom admin does not have the app pre-approved, please contact them directly.
How to add and configure Zoom’s Evernote Chatbot
Add the integration from the Zoom App Marketplace

Enter your Zoom login information and sign in.

Here is the link to the Zoom App Marketplace where you can download apps.

The search box in the top right-hand corner of your screen can be accessed by typing “Evernote” into it.

Click on the Evernote app in the search results that appear on the left hand side of the screen.
Note: If your account has not been pre-approved for this app, please contact your Zoom admin to ask them to approve the application. -
Please click the Visit Site button in order to install the software.

Once the permissions have been verified, click the Authorize button.
Note: As soon as your Zoom desktop client has been installed, you will have instant access to the Evernote Chatbot and will be able to use it.
There will be an Evernote Chatbot available under the BOTS section of the left-hand panel on the Zoom desktop client when the Evernote Chatbot has been installed on your computer.
Configure the Evernote Chatbot
Note: If you wish to complete the steps listed below, you should have administrative rights to both Evernote and Zoom.

You will be redirected to a configuration page after logging in to the application, where you will be prompted to enter your developer token.

How to use the Evernote Chatbot
Evernote users have the option of using the chatbot’s commands as soon as they have entered their Evernote account information.
Use the slash command
The Evernote Chatbot can also be used directly from your browser by using the following chatbot slash commands.
When you are entering chatbot slash commands, it is not necessary to specify the initial name of the chatbot when you are conversing with it one-on-one. The following command can be executed in the 1:1 chatbot channel, for example, in the Evernote channel:
help
It is important to note that you must include the chatbot slash name in any messages you enter in any other group channel.
/evernote help
Help
help: You can open the chatbot by typing /evernote help in order to see a list of commands you can use.
Notes
There is a note command in Evernote that can be used to get five of the most recent notes from your Evernote account that you have edited in the past. In order to see your latest notes, you need to type them into the Evernote channel or use the command /evernote notes.
Create
create: To create a note, you simply type /evernote create, and a link to that note will be sent to you.
Notebooks tally
config: If you would like to count how many notes you have written in each notebook, you can type in /evernote notebooks tally.
Tags tally
config: To get a tally of the notes in your Evernote account based on the usage of the tags, enter /evernote tags tally.
Meet
Start an Instant Meeting: In order to start a Zoom meeting, type /evernote meet to start the meeting instantly. All members of the current chat channel will be able to see the join meeting link displayed by the chatbot.
Config
config: In order to reset your configuration in Evernote, enter /evernote configuration in the app to receive a link so that you can re-entered your developer token and re-set your configuration. In the event that your token has expired or has been entered incorrectly, this command can be useful to you.
How to remove the Evernote Chatbot
Uninstall the Evernote Chatbot from the Zoom App Marketplace

You can access the Zoom Marketplace by logging into your Zoom account and clicking on the Zoom Marketplace button.

Go to Manage > Installed Apps and then find Evernote by searching for it or clicking the app once it is found.

The Evernote icon can be removed by clicking on it.

Please confirm the dialog box by clicking on the Remove button.
Removing the integration settings from Evernote
In the notifications section, choose whether to remove the notification or to edit the notification, and then uncheck the Callout checkbox for each of them.
