A list of past calls (including missed calls) can be found at the top of the call history interface and can be accessed by clicking the icon.

Click on the Calls tab and then click on the History tab. It is possible to start an automatic call after selecting More actions > Call back from any call in the list.

From the More actions menu, you can also chat with that contact, add them to speed dial, and add them to your contacts, all of which are available to you whenever you click or tap on their profile picture.

Remove a call from call history

A call can be removed from the history of your phone by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Calls tab and click on the History tab.
  2. As soon as you hover over the call that you would like to remove from the view, select More actions > Remove from view.

You will be able to see the call that has been removed from your call history on all of your devices after you do so. In spite of the fact that calling data has been removed, administrators are still able to retrieve it.

Notes: 

  • The Microsoft 365 subscription plan allows the user to access their call history if they have Enterprise Voice or Business Voice licenses within their plan when they have Enterprise Voice or Business Voice licenses.

Mobile


Under the Calls tab you can find the call history, and by tapping on the Team Calls tab on your mobile device, you will be able to access the dial pad and contact list for your Teams account from anywhere. It gives you a comprehensive view of all the calls you are unable to make, as well as all of the calls that you are unable to receive, associated with your Enterprise Voice number as well as Team number.

Remove a call from call history

Using your call history, you will be able to remove an individual call as follows:

  1. The history of your calls can be found under Calls >History.
  2. The most simple way to remove a call is to tap on the call and tap Info.
  3. Remove the item by tapping the Remove button.

You will be able to see the call that has been removed from your call history on all of your devices after you do so. In spite of the fact that calling data has been removed, administrators are still able to retrieve it.

Using Microsoft Teams, you can check your call history quickly and easily. On the left side of the app, you will see an icon for Calls which will allow you to review the history of Team conversations. Afterwards, select the History option from the drop-down menu. In the right-hand pane, you should be able to see the call log that you have created.
30 days
A user’s call history can be viewed by the admin for a maximum of 30 days in MS Teams.
Here is a link that will take you to the Microsoft Teams administrator center where you can manage your team.On the left side of the screen, select the Users tab.Locate the user you are looking for by using the search box.You can view all the calls and meetings for that user over the past 30 days by clicking on the Call History tab on the user detail page.
 
Using the Parked Calls feature in Microsoft Teams, you can find parked calls that have been parked, then enter the park code into the box provided and click Get Paid Now to retrieve the call. A parked call will ring the original recipient again if no one answers it within five minutes after being parked.
Using a specific phone number, you can view the call history for that number in the following manner
  1. When you are on the Services page, you will be able to find the number you are looking for under SIP-T & PBX 2.0 > Numbers & Extensions, and then you will click on the number you want to see the call history for.
  2. The Call History option can be found under the Settings tab.
  3. Each month’s call history is available for you to view.
