How to zoom auto log in with SSO for Office 365 add-in?
The outlook add-in has the exclusive feature of quicker login with easy user access. It is possible with the SSO credentials with Office 365 sign-in. Office 365 assists in signing in to the user’s zoom account by making the entire procedure automatic.

However, the pre-configuration of the SSO URL with the outlook add-in features does not work in the process. For that, you have to use the already set add-in without the help of Preconfigured SSO URL to permit the zoom users for auto zoom sign-in.
The stated automatic feature does still not work in parallel with Microsoft intune support use.
Basic conditions for the auto-login feature.
There are certain conditions you have to fulfill for auto-login with SSO credentials for office 365 add-in. Those are-
- The current zoom account from where you are operating should be SSO configured.
- The Microsoft Azure account must have access to the admin.
- You should have an Office 365 subscription and not a free account.
- Some of the permissible outlook version for enjoying the feature is-
- OWA or Outlook Web Access.
- The Outlook 2016 version is built-in 1390120336 or higher than that.
- The Outlook 2019 version is built-in 1390120440 or higher than that.
- The API 13 office identity or higher than that.
How can you enable the SSO credentials to follow auto-login?
Step 1. With the role of zoom admin or account owner, you have to sign in to the Zoom web portal.
Step 2. Select the Advanced tab and then tap on security.
Step 3. Look for the sign in the methods section, and there enable the option to automatically sign in to Outlook add-in with Single Sign-on (SSO) credentials feature.
When the zoom add-in for the outlook option gets selected, then the users get the permission to auto sign in to the zoom account with the help of SSO credentials.
Thus, auto-login with such credentials is possible when the SSO Preconfigured URL settings don’t work.
