Hung at ‘We are setting up your meeting’ when Trying to Start / Join a Meeting in webex
If I try to start a meeting / join a meeting, it hangs at the message ‘We are setting up your meeting’.
When I try to start or join a meeting, I’m stuck at the point where it says ‘We are setting up your meeting’.
Whenever you start a meeting or join one, the window that says ‘Join Audio Conference’ is never displayed.
The NBR file I have been recording over the network is not being played back.
Cause:
The problem could be caused by a malware program called BrowserSafeguard.
Solution:
To uninstall BrowserSafeguard:

There are a few things you can do:

You can access the control panel by going to Start > Control Panel on Windows 7.

Using Windows 10: Click the “Type here to search” button on the taskbar, then type Control Panel in the field, then press the Enter key on the keyboard.

It is possible to uninstall a program by clicking on the link Uninstall a Program or selecting the icon Programs and Features.

Select BrowserSafeguard.exe *32 and click Uninstall on the toolbar.

The uninstall process is completed by following the instructions on the screen.
