Up to eight Bluetooth devices can be stored on the Cisco Headset 730 device at a time and two devices can be connected at the same time simultaneously.

If your headset does not connect to the device you are trying to use to make a call, then you should try these steps:

  • The headset should be rebooted.

  • The headset should be disconnected from any other Bluetooth device that is paired to it.

    You can manage your Bluetooth connections by visiting the Bluetooth Connections page.

  • In order to pair your headset with your Bluetooth device, you will need to reboot it.

  • The headset needs to be cleared of all paired devices.

    You can delete paired devices by going to the Delete Paired Devices page.

  • Make sure there is a 3 foot (1.2 meter) distance between your headset and the device you intend to use it with.
