I Can’t Connect a New Device to the Headset in webex
Up to eight Bluetooth devices can be stored on the Cisco Headset 730 device at a time and two devices can be connected at the same time simultaneously.
If your headset does not connect to the device you are trying to use to make a call, then you should try these steps:

The headset should be rebooted.

The headset should be disconnected from any other Bluetooth device that is paired to it.
You can manage your Bluetooth connections by visiting the Bluetooth Connections page.

In order to pair your headset with your Bluetooth device, you will need to reboot it.

The headset needs to be cleared of all paired devices.
You can delete paired devices by going to the Delete Paired Devices page.

Make sure there is a 3 foot (1.2 meter) distance between your headset and the device you intend to use it with.
