I Can’t Edit Users in the Cisco Webex Site Administration Page
As a Cisco Webex Site Administrator, I am not able to edit users on the site.
There are some fields in Site Administration that are grayed out when I try to edit the account of a user.
My Cisco Webex Site Administration page does not have a link to Add Users on it.
Cause:
The Cisco Webex Messenger Org Admin tool is the tool used to deal with account management for Cisco Webex meeting sites that are tightly integrated with Cisco Jabber. A new account can be created or an existing account can be edited.
Solution:
