I Can’t Get the USB Adapter to Pair to My Headset in webex
If your device does not have a reliable Bluetooth connection, you can use the Cisco Headset 730 with the USB Adapter.
In case you are having trouble getting your headset to work with the USB adapter, try the following steps.

Make sure your call device is connected to the adapter and then disconnect and reconnect the adapter.

Connect your headset to a Bluetooth device that is not connected to your other devices.

Your headset will be connected to the USB adapter once it has been placed in pairing mode.
