I’m Unable to Uninstall the Webex Player on my Mac
On my Mac, I am unable to delete or uninstall the Webex Player.
How can I manually uninstall the NBR player and what are the steps to do so?
Remove the Network-Based Recording Player from your computer.
To remove the Network Recording Player from your Mac, please follow these steps:
- Open the Webex folder by navigating to Mac HD > Users > User Account > Library > Application Support on your Mac and clicking on the Webex folder there.
- Once the folder labeled 64_500 has been opened, move the Network Recording Player to the Trash by dragging and dropping it there.
- Put an end to the session in the terminal.
- Clear the trash.
