Importance of webinar chat

Overview

The chat function enables webinars, hosting, co-hosts and panelists throughout the length of the webinar to interact. Whether participants communicate with everyone or just the host depends on the settings chosen by the host. Read more about chat allowances as a host.

Note: emoji functionality in the chat needs the Windows and macOS Zoom Desktop Client, version 5.7.3, and later.
