Importing and exporting SIP/H.323 rooms in zoom App

The new API Room Connector for SIP/H.323 devices will become available to new Cloud Room Connector license holders on January 18, 2021. For those provisioned with a Cloud Room Connector (CRC) license prior to January 18, 2021, please use our API Room Connector room management instructions.

A CSV file with a list of SIP/H.323 devices and configuration options can be imported into Zoom for mass provisioning. A CSV file can also be created for rooms that are already Multiple rooms can be configured at once using this feature. once.

How to export room configurations

To export the current list of provisioned rooms, including the configuration options:

1. In the navigation panel, click Room Management, then click Cisco/Polycom Rooms.
2. Click the Rooms tab.
3. Click Export.

The current provisioned rooms and their associated configuration settings will be downloaded as a CSV file. The file can be edited and then reimported if changes need to be made to the configuration for the rooms.

How to import room configurations

In order to import a list of rooms, along with their configuration options:

1. In the navigation panel, click Room Management, then click Cisco/Polycom Rooms.
2. Click the Rooms tab.
3. Click Import.
4. Browse for the CSV file.
5. Click Open.

Zoom will then import the CSV file. Rooms will be added to the list if the import is successful. The CSV file will overwrite any existing configuration options for any rooms that are already provisioned.
