In-meeting security options in zoom App
Security options can be enabled or disabled during a meeting using the Security icon in the meeting controls, allowing the host or co-host to minimize disruptions and secure the meeting. It is possible to control the majority of meeting settings by accessing the Account, Group, and User settings in advance. By default, the settings for the Account, Group, or User will apply to all meetings if they are applied at those levels. During the meeting, you can easily access all the security icons by clicking the “Security” icon.
It will not be possible for a host or co-host to modify the options in-meeting if the options have been enabled/disabled and locked by an account admin.
When the host or co-hosts are in the meeting, these security features that were scheduled with the meeting can also be quickly and easily viewed.
