Install and set up Webex Productivity Tools for Windows
There is a separate package called Webex Productivity Tools for Windows from WBS39.10. From WBS41.2, the Windows version of Productivity Tools no longer supports integrations with IBM Lotus Notes, IBM Sametime, Microsoft Lync, and Internet Explorer.
Final Webex Productivity Tools release for Windows
There is going to be a last release of Productivity Tools for Windows with the release of version 42.6 in June. Those customers who are using Microsoft Outlook should move to the Webex Scheduler add-in if they wish to schedule Webex meetings from within Microsoft Outlook.

Install Webex Productivity Tools

The Webex Productivity Tools can also be downloaded and installed manually if necessary.
Before you begin
Please ensure that the following minimum requirements are met on your computer prior to installing Webex Productivity Tools:

For your computer to be able to run this software, you need administrator privileges.

In order to find out which operating systems, browsers, and other minimum system requirements are supported by Webex Cross-Platform Feature Support for Services and Platforms, see the section below.
- Go to your Webex site and log in.
- Click on the Downloads option in the left navigation bar.
- Under Cisco Webex Productivity Tools, under the Downloads section, you will find a download option.
- A dialog box appears allowing you to download the file.
- The installation programs need to be saved to your computer before you can use them.
- Installation files with the .msi extension are usually referred to as .msi files.
- Follow the instructions for Productivity Tools in the installation file and run the installation file.
- The URL and username for your Webex site, as well as your password, need to be entered here.
What to do next
In the Preferences dialog box, you can make the following changes once the installation has been completed:

Set up Webex Productivity Tools
- You can set up the Webex Productivity Tools in Microsoft Outlook, or check your settings, by selecting the Preferences button from the Schedule Meeting menu.
- Upon clicking the Preferences button, the Preferences dialog box appears.
- The Webex site URL and your username should both be confirmed in the Account tab. Click on Change to sign out of your current Webex site and sign back in again if you wish to use a new one.
- The options displayed on the My Personal Room tab should be confirmed as follows:
- Personal Room name
- Personal Room link
- Personal Room number
- Video address
- Host pin
- If you would like to update the details in the Personal Room section of the Webex site, click Edit my Personal Room on the site.
- Click the OK button.
