Install the Webex Recording Converter

It is possible to convert your recordings from the ARF format to MP4 format using the Webex Recording Converter application. Windows is the only operating system that is supported by the converter.

In order to play back your ARF recordings from your Webex site for the first time, you need to download and install the Webex Recording Converter. You need to do this in order to playback your recordings. You can however choose to stream and view the recording from your Webex account without downloading the Webex Recording Converter if you received a link to a Webex recording. To download the converter from your Webex site, follow the steps below if you do not yet have one; otherwise you may use the steps below.

Before you begin

The Webex Recording Converter can only be downloaded by accounts with host permissions.
