Inviting sponsors to edit their information in zoom
Sponsors can be invited to edit their sponsorship information by Zoom Events hosts. When you add sponsors to an event, you will be able to assign them the task of editing and adding information to that event. As a sponsor, you will be able to edit your logo, name, media files, and other downloadable materials at your convenience. By using this feature, sponsors can stay on top of their event information for attendees by keeping their information up-to-date.

How to invite a sponsor to edit sponsor details
A sponsor can be invited to edit their sponsor details by following the steps below:

To invite a sponsor to edit the page, click the ellipses to the right of the sponsor you want to invite.

To edit the details of a sponsor, click on Invite Sponsor.

Please click on the Send button.
Upon your request for edits, the sponsor will be notified via email that you have invited them to do so.
Several sponsors can be invited to edit the details of their sponsors by the following procedure:

You can edit sponsor details at the top right corner of the page by clicking the more … button, and then clicking the invitation button to invite a sponsor to edit their details.

Select the check boxes next to each sponsor’s name to select multiple sponsors at once.

It is possible to select all sponsors by selecting the checkbox next to the Select All option.

Then click on Review & Send.
There will be a pop-up window that appears asking you to review and send invitations. -
Review the details of your invitation as well as the message to sponsors in the pop-up window.

Click on the Send button.
The sponsors will be notified by email that you are inviting them to participate in the editing process.
How to review changes made to sponsor details
You will need to review and approve or reject the changes made by the assigned sponsor of your session after he or she has edited the information you invited them to edit.
