IVR Options for Analog Telephone Adapters in webex
The ATA adapters allow you to be able to connect analog devices to your network in order to use them to access your network, for example a phone or fax machine. It is then possible for the device to function in the same way as IP phones in your network if it is connected to one. In order to assist you in the configuration and management of your ATA adapter, you can use an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Enter your information and select your options using the analog phone’s keypad.
