Jabber Check the Connection Status for Jabber Softphone for VDI in webex
The Cisco Jabber Softphone for VDI connection information can be found easily with Cisco Jabber Softphone for VDI configuration information. As a result of this information, your System Administrator will be able to assist you in resolving any problems that may arise.
- The Settings Menu can be accessed by clicking the Settings button.
- Click on Help > Show connection status to find out what the connection status is.
When the connection is successful, a green checkmark will appear on the screen.
- The information can be copied to your clipboard by clicking the Copy button.
In order to send the information to your system administrator, you can paste it into an email and send it to them.
