Jabber | Display Settings for Jabber Softphone for VDI- Webex

Utilize the configurations that are suggested for usage with Citrix or VMware to achieve the best possible video performance when using Cisco Jabber Softphone for VDI.

On Linux-based computers, the only mode that is supported by Citrix XenDesktop and VMware is full-screen mode:

Cisco Jabber Softphone for Virtual Desktop Infrastructures using HP Thin Pro and Ubuntu

Cisco Jabber Softphone for VDI-Unison Elux

Only the Windows mode of the Cisco Jabber Softphone for VDI provides support for the Citrix XenApp Published Application.

Citrix

Only the Best resolution, also known as the Recommended display option, is supported by the Cisco Jabber Softphone for VDI.

VMware

Display Scaling is a feature that is supported for VMware by Cisco Jabber Softphone for VDI—Windows Release 12.8 (and later releases). If you are using an older version of VMware, check your preferences and make sure the Allow Display Scaling option is not checked.
