Jabber Moderate a Space in webex

It is possible to lock a space and become a moderator if you want to control who can join. Moderators are the only people who can add or remove members from a moderated space. Anyone can become a moderator by becoming a moderator themselves.

Windows, Mac

To lock the space in the space, you need to go to the Space information page and click the toggle that says Lock Space.

iPhone and iPad

If you are in space, go to the space’s name and tap on it. When you tap Settings, you will find a toggle for Lock Space that you need to turn on.

Android

The space can be locked by tapping > and then turning on the toggle to the left of the space.
