Until the organization no longer has people occupying a space, the space and retention policy will continue to be owned by the organization. Conversation content belongs to the organization that each employee belongs to, even if there is only one other person involved.
Policy definitions include:
Content posted in the space belongs to the owner.
The duration of storage of content. All content that has expired will be irretrievable after this period.
Depending on the policies of the owner, content may be monitored and deleted.
