Joining a third party meeting from a Zoom Room
Rooms in Zoom can be invited to meetings with Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, GoToMeeting, Fuze, Google Hangouts or BlueJeans and joined with a single click. Those migrating from other video conferencing solutions to Zoom or working with third-party vendors and customers may find this useful.
Customers of Skype for Business, WebEx, and GoToMeeting must configure a third-party interoperability service, such as Polycom RealConnect, Pexip, Webex CMR, or GTM InRoomLink. A Zoom Room can generate a one-touch join button for a third-party meeting if the invitation includes a SIP address for interop dialing. If a SIP address is included in the meeting invitation, Zoom Rooms can access the third-party meeting details from the invitation.
Those customers without access to the interoperability services above can still join as audio-only participants if they have Skype for Business, WebEx, or GoToMeeting. Participants will always be able to hear each other in a Google Hangout meeting regardless of interoperability. With one click, the Zoom Room will show a button to join the audio conference. Zoom audio conference plans with callout capability are required. Those in the room can join the third-party meeting from their computers and share their screen to view content or watch video. See how you can watch content on the Zoom Room.

How to use third party SIP/H.323 one click join
Send the room a calendar invite containing the third-party service’s meeting information, including the SIP/H.323 address and meeting ID.
You can call into the meeting using your Zoom Room by tapping the Home button on the Zoom Room controller, then finding the meeting invitation and tapping Join.
Take note that prerequisites must be met. A third-party meeting service (Polycom RealConnect, Pexip, Webex CMR or GTM InRoomLink) is required to use this feature.
How to use third party conferencing dial out
Invite the room to the meeting with the third-party service’s meeting ID.
Zoom Rooms’ controller allows you to call into a meeting by selecting Home, then finding the meeting invite, then tapping Join Audio.
On the Zoom Room controller, you’ll be able to control the audio once you’re in the meeting.
Troubleshooting
When you do not see a Join button, make sure that the Support 3rd party conferencing dial-in for Zoom Rooms setting is enabled for the room, and make sure the account has either Conference Room Connector licenses or an audio conferencing plan with callout.
