Joining an event as a OnZoom Attendee
A Webinar or Meeting ticket can be purchased on Zoom. Event tickets may also be sent or received.

Why did I receive an email from OnZoom gifting me a ticket?
You acquired ownership of a ticket for an OnZoom event from someone else.
How do I join the OnZoom event listed on the ticket?
By signing in to your OnZoom account or from the ticket in the email, you can join the event.
Why did I receive an email saying my ticket is no longer active?
Gifted tickets were transferred to another person by the person who gifted them.
How are events separated into the Upcoming, New, and Top User Picks sections?
- This section lists the upcoming events that will take place the soonest.
- There is a section called New, which lists the events that have been published to the OnZoom Directory recently.
- Here is a list of the events that OnZoom users have favorited the most in our Top User Picks section.
Why can’t I join a series event I registered for?
You will not be allowed to join the other events within the same event series if you were removed from an event by the host.
Why can’t I see the Join option for an event?
You will only be able to see the View Event option when you are logged in with a different account than the one associated with your OnZoom account. Zoom desktop clients will only display the Join button for users logged in with the same credentials used for OnZoom registration.
