July 2021: IM Dashboard enhancements in zoom App
Overview
Zoom will introduce a redesigned IM Dashboard, a tool for account administrators and owners to view account-usage metrics for Zoom Chat, our group messaging product, starting on July 1. We are changing the way we measure and display Zoom Chat usage data in the Dashboard as our product and user base continue to grow. Consequently, the new Dashboard results will be based on more complete usage metrics for improved accuracy and granularity, as well as an updated Dashboard interface.
