The old Zoom Phone call queue management method called Call Queue Manager is being removed and replaced with the Call Queue Admin role. All of those capabilities are available for the Call Queue Admin role, and the role enables administrators to define roles, customize role capabilities, select roles, and designate target call queues.
The Call Queue Admin role will automatically be added to any phone users assigned the Call Queue Manager designation as of June 21. These users will also have exactly the same permissions.
