Known Limitations for Webex Meetings for Google

As an example, a user who has more than one Webex account will be able to access the Cisco Webex Meetings for Google extension via their Google account if they sign in to one Webex account in Chrome, and then sign in with the user’s Google account. It is likely that that user will not be able to sign in to the Cisco Webex Meetings for Google application if the user is using a different Webex account with different credentials (companyb.webex.com). The user should try signing in again to Cisco Webex Meetings for Google if this problem occurs by signing out of the Chrome browser and clearing the cookies on the computer, then signing in again.

As a result of a user signing in to Google Calendar with one Google account and then signing in to Cisco Webex Meetings for Google with a different Google account, the user will not be able to open the calendar after selecting Schedule Meeting in Cisco Webex Meetings for Google. Even though the meeting may have been successfully scheduled, it will not display the meeting.
-
In case the settings for a user’s Personal Room meeting change, Cisco Webex Meetings for Google will not automatically reflect those changes if the user’s Personal Room meeting settings change. As soon as the user changes the meeting settings in their Personal Room, they will receive a synchronization request when either they restart the Chrome browser, sign in to Cisco Webex Meetings for Google again, or sign in to their Webex account through Cisco Webex Meetings for Google.

It appears that a confirmation with the video link appears in the Google Calendar when the host adds a Webex Personal Room Meeting to the meeting in the calendar, but it does not appear in the Google Calendar when the invitees view the meeting. There are, however, details in the invitation that enable people to see the time, place, and video address of the video meeting.

I have experienced situations where the Cisco Webex Meetings for Google window does not display completely on my computer. A user may be able to solve this issue by double-clicking the Cisco Webex Meetings for Google icon in Chrome and restoring the session.
