If you are using your Webex site in Modern View, check out the known limitations that may affect you.

Audio and Video Preferences
When Webex Personal Conference is selected as the default Meeting type in Preferences > Scheduling, the audio connection type Other teleconference service won’t apply to Webex Personal Room meetings.
This is a list of limitations and updated features.
Preferences – Both Classic View and Modern View can be edited using the Audio and Video tabs. A change in the Classic View settings does not affect the Modern View settings.
No planned updates
The following features and limitations will not be updated.
Customer types – Sites using Cisco Unified Meeting Place and Meeting Server.
Insight – There is no support for meeting insights on FedRAMP-authorized Meetings sites. There is also a tile for Weekly Meeting Reports, as well as a page for Insights.
Site Settings – Webex web apps that are disabled on Modern View sites cannot be kept. With the web app enabled, Modern View users can attend meetings no matter what device, operating system, or platform they use. The web app is accessible to everyone using Modern View.
Custom Links – The Support and Downloads links can be customized to redirect to the administrators’ page, but Custom Links will not be available.
