Legacy VoIP Mode and Apple Push Notification Service Updates in iOS 13- Webex

Apple has made changes to the method in which programs that are running in the background are notified of incoming calls and messages in iOS 13. These changes were made in order to conserve the life of the battery. Users of Cisco Jabber and Webex Teams will be impacted as a result of this change. You are need to upgrade your system to a supported release by the prescribed dates in order to activate Apple Push Notification service (APNs) on your device. This will ensure that your device is able to support Apple Push Notification service.
