Connection loops at login page
When I log in I’m taken back to the login page.
Unable to log in, being taken back to the login screen
Cause:
You may encounter this issue if you use a bookmark or favorite to access a Webex site that has recently been upgraded, or if you attempt to access that Webex site by using a cookie that has become corrupted.
Solution:
The following steps will assist you in resolving the issue:
Note: You should try logging into your Webex account again after you have completed each step.

To access the Webex site directly, you need to navigate to the Webex site directly if you are using a bookmark or favorite for logging in. (For example, https://SITENAME.Webex.com)
