Manage Callback Groups in webex
As part of a callback group, Webex defines which countries or regions can be contacted during a meeting in order to receive a callback. The Webex Cloud Connected Audio Partner Portal makes it possible for you to manage callback groups, which are provided by the Webex Cloud Connected Audio Service Provider.
View Callback Group Details
- Once you sign in to the Webex CCA Portal, select Configuration from the menu on the left.
- Choose Callback Groups from the drop-down menu under the name of your organization.
Request a New Callback Group
- Once you sign in to the Webex CCA Portal, select Configuration from the menu on the left.
- You can choose Callback Groups by selecting the name of your organization.
- Please select the group where you wish to request a callback.
- Here are the details you need to enter:

Customer Name: The customer for whom a callback group is being requested. Enter multiple customers if you are not doing this for a specific customer.

Partner CB Group Name: Labels are used to identify groups of callbacks. For your own reference, you will find this label on the page that displays a list of all callback groups.

When using this group, you can select all the countries and regions from the Available Country and Region list that can receive a callback when you use this feature.
- Click on the Submit Request button.
When you click on Submit Request, you will automatically receive an email reminding you that your request has been submitted, as well as a ticket to be addressed by Cisco Audio Video Operations (AVOPS). Normally, the approval and display of the new callback group takes about 3 business days after the callback group has been created and saved in the WebEx Cloud Connected Audio portal.
Cancel or Edit a Submitted Callback Group Request
If you’d like to change a request for a callback group that has been submitted to you, but has not been approved, you can do so.
- Click on the Configuration option in the Webex CCA Portal once you have logged in.
- Choose Callback Groups from the drop-down menu under the name of your organization.
- You can edit a callback group that has been submitted by selecting the edit button next to its name.
- You can cancel the telephony domain submission by selecting the Cancel Submission button next to it.
The submission can be resubmitted after it is cancelled if you wish to make further edits and then select Submit Request in order to resubmit your changes. Once a submission has been approved, you will not be able to cancel it.
Edit an Existing Callback Group
- Click on the Configuration option in the Webex CCA Portal once you have logged in.
- Then, select the Callback Groups option under your organization’s name.
- You can edit a callback group by selecting the edit button next to it.
- Select the Submit Request button after you have edited the details as needed.
Move a Site to Another Callback Group
- Go to the Webex CCA Portal and sign in to your account. From there, click on the Configuration tab.
- You can choose Callback Groups by selecting the name of your organization.
- It is simple and quick to move a callback group by selecting it, choosing move site, and then selecting the callback group where you want the site to move to.
It is only possible to associate a site with a callback group within a cluster to which the site belongs. It is also not possible to move sites between regions.
- To confirm, select Yes. Instantly, the move is made.
