Manage Categories in Cisco Webex Training- Webex
You can make use of categories to organize both live and recorded training sessions in the manner that is most useful to you. After they have been created, categories can have items added to them, changed within them, or deleted entirely.
Add, Edit, or Delete a Category
By categorizing the attendees, you have the option of leading them to live and recorded training sessions that are more specific to their needs or that are related to other sessions. Categories have the option of being listed (for public consumption) or unlisted (for private use). Each session or recording can be given a single category to be organized under.
This job will walk you through the process of adding a category through the Host a Session > Manage Categories menu option. When you are setting up a training session, you also have the option of adding a category.
1. Navigate to the Host a Session menu in your Webex Training account, and then select Manage Category.

Add or Delete a Training Session or Recording from a Category
Instructions for adding a category after a training session has already been planned are included in the following section. When you are setting up a training session, you also have the option of adding a category.
1 After logging into your Webex Training site, go to the Host a Session menu and then click the Manage Category option.
2 Select the category by clicking on its name.
3 Take action in one of the following ways:

Users should be given a URL that directs them to a category of training sessions.
You are able to share a URL with others that details all of the live and recorded training sessions that are contained inside a category even if the category itself is unlisted or private.
1. Navigate to the Host a Session menu in your Webex Training account, and then select Manage Category.
2. Select the category by clicking on its name.
3. Make a copy of the URL for the Category.
4. You may either send the link to the users directly via email or publish it on a website.
