Manage Cisco Desk Camera in Control Hub-Webex
Make use of Control Hub in order to check the inventory of cameras and to manage the device firmware.
When a Cisco Desk Camera is connected to Webex App or Webex App for VDI, it is added to the Control Hub inventory immediately after the connection is made. You are able to check the specifics of the camera inventory and manage the firmware for the cameras that are already deployed.
There is no support for the Webex App for VDI on either Linux or macOS with the Cisco Desk Camera 1080p.

1. Beginning in the customer view of Control Hub, navigate to the Devices section.
2. Look through the inventory for your camera and select it.
3. Navigate to the device page for your camera by selecting it from the list of results. Here, you will find additional information.
4. On the camera page, click the All configurations button in order to access the camera’s settings.
You are only able to make changes to the firmware channel on your camera. On Control Hub, the other tabs display the user’s configurations and are read-only.
