Manage Tasks in Cisco Webex Control Hub
Once you have created and managed tasks as a full administrator or a user and device administrator, you can also use Webex Control Hub to manage these tasks once they have been created. If you add users using the CSV template, for example, you have the ability to review the progress of your tasks, run error checks on any errors that may occur, or stop any tasks that are currently in progress.
- Go to the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, and then click the View all tasks link on the Overview page.
You can see the status of active tasks by clicking on Background tasks running when they are running.
The following is a list of all the tasks that have been created for this organization.
- For an overview of the progress and status of a task, you may click on the task or you may choose from the following options:

Click on the X button to stop a task that is currently active.

It is possible to review errors by clicking on Export errors to CSV.
