Manage Webex Assistant content after a Webex Meeting or Webex Webinars
It is possible to view the highlights, transcripts, and recordings of a meeting or webinar on your Webex site if you turn on Webex Assistant for Webex Meetings during a meeting or webinar. As the host of a meeting or webinar, you have the option to share, edit, and delete the post-meeting and webinar content that was created by Webex Assistant for Meetings after the meeting or webinar. You can also use the search bar at the top of your Webex page to find a specific moment in a meeting or webinar by searching your meetings, webinars, recordings, or transcripts.
We have a Webex assistant that can be used during meetings and webinars. Webex App is also available for 41.7 and later sites, as well as the Webex website.
This feature is not available for webinars viewed in webcast view, webcast meetings in Webex for Government, or meetings that take place within the Webex app when they are started or joined.
Using Webex Assistant, you will only be able to join meetings from video systems as long as you are running the Cisco Webex video platform version 2.0. To find out which version you’re using, see Find your Webex Meetings version number.
