Managing address book units in zoom app
In a consumer address book, the name of the consumer, the phone number and the location are all collected together. When Zoom desktop client is used to engage with an active customer, information from the address book will be displayed if the customer belongs to a contact in the address book if the customer is an active customer. A consumer who is not in the address book can be added to the address book by the agent if they are not yet in the address book, and the agent can choose which address book to add them to.
To organize multiple address books, administrators can use address book units in order to do so. The US address books can be stored in one unit, for example, which would contain all address books in the US.
Through the Zoom desktop client, administrators, supervisors, and agents of Zoom Contact Center can easily view the address books and contacts that they have created.
