Managing Contact Center users in zoom app
In the Zoom Contact Center admin console, admins can assign licenses to existing Zoom users as well as remove them from existing Zoom users. It is possible to change the settings of users after they have been added to your account.
Prerequisites for managing Zoom Contact Center users

You must be the owner or administrator of the account, or have the relevant role/privilege

Whether you are a Business, Education, or Pro account holder

A license for Zoom Contact Center is required
How to assign Zoom Contact Center licenses to existing users
Existing Zoom users can be assigned licenses for Zoom Contact Center if you want.
Note: There is a section in the user guide that allows you to batch assign licenses to more than 100 users at once.

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in.

Select Contact Center Management from the navigation menu and then select Users from the drop-down menu.

Please click on the Add button.

You will need to provide the following information in the General section:

User(s): You can add the licenses to all the users you wish to assign them to by clicking Add, clicking the Add button.

Role: To assign a role to a user, click on the role icon.

The user’s settings can be changed (optionally) by changing this setting.

Once you have selected the users you wish to assign licenses to, click Save.
In addition, users will receive a notification via email as well.
How to view or edit existing Zoom Contact Center users

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in.

Select Contact Center Management from the navigation menu and then select Users from the drop-down menu.

To search or filter users, you can use the following options.

Search field: It is necessary to enter keywords in the search field in order to find users within a contact center.

Queue drop-down menu: You can select a queue in order to display only the users who are assigned to that queue.

Active Status drop-down menu: It is possible to display only active or inactive users by selecting a user access status. If you go to the user settings for a user, you may be able to change their access status.

Click on the ellipse icon next to the user you wish to edit, and then click on the options that appear:

Edit: The settings of the user can be changed.

Remove: It is recommended that the license for Zoom Contact Center be removed from the user.
Note: Select the checkboxes beside the Name column to remove several users at once from the table, then click on the Remove button at the top of the table to complete the removal process.
