Zoom SDK integration points for video, chat, and SMS can be added by admins by creating or deleting entry IDs.

Prerequisites for managing entry IDs

  • Ownership or admin rights on the account

  • Accounts for Pros, Businesses, and Schools

  • A license for Zoom Contact Center is required

How to create an entry ID

  1. Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in.

  2. Select Contact Center Management and Preferences from the navigation menu.

  3. Select Entry ID from the tabs.

  4. Create by clicking Create.

  5. Create the entry ID by entering its display name and clicking Create.
    On the list, you will see the new entry ID.

  6. Flow entry points can be added here.

How to delete an entry ID

  1. Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in.

  2. Select Contact Center Management and Preferences from the navigation menu.

  3. Select Entry ID from the tabs.

  4. In the last column, click Delete next to the entry ID you want to delete.
