Managing flows in zoom app
An inbound participant’s experience can be described as a series of connected actions that make up a flow. Admins of contact centers will be able to view, search, and publish flows once they have added flows. To manage multiple versions of a flow, you can use a version control system.
Prerequisites for managing flows

Ownership or administrative privileges of the account

Whether you are a Business, Education, or Pro account holder

An active license for Zoom Contact Center is required

It is one of a number of flows that have been created
How to access flows

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in.

Select Contact Center Management from the navigation menu and then select Flows from the submenu.
The following information will be displayed to you:-
Name: Flow name is the internal name that is shown on the flow display. You can view all versions of the flow by clicking the down arrow icon if the flow has more than one version. Using the flow editor, you can change the display name.

Description: Here is a description of the internal flow of the program. Using the flow editor, you can add a new description to a flow or change an existing one.

Channel: For each flow, there is an associated channel.

Entry Point: It is the point at which flow enters the system.

Status: As of right now, the flow of the project is in good shape.

Last Modified: Describes when the flow was last edited as well as the associated date and time. The column also indicates how many edits were made by the user whose display name appears in the bottom row.

How to duplicate, export, or delete a flow

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in.

Click Contact Center Management from the navigation menu and then click Flows from the drop-down list.

You will need to locate the flow you wish to edit. Click the down arrow icon if there is more than one version of the flow in order to view them all.

There are a number of options you can click in the last column once you click the ellipses icon:

Manage Entry Point: If you want to change or add the entry point for the flow, you can do so.

Duplicate: Duplicate this flow in order to create a new one.

Export: Flows can be exported to a spreadsheet.

Delete: A flow or a specific version of a flow can be deleted.
