Managing inboxes in zoom app
The administrator can create an inbox that allows users to leave voicemail messages in the mailbox. The flow editor gives you the ability to route to an inbox after having created an inbox, and you can set access permissions for certain queue members by changing inbox settings. There is a maximum length of five minutes for each voicemail message.
Prerequisites for managing inboxes

Ownership or administrative privileges of the account

Whether you are a Business, Education, or Pro account holder

License for Zoom Contact Center
How to add an inbox

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in.

Select Contact Center Management from the navigation menu, and then select Inbox from the menu.

Please click on the Add button.

Here are some details you need to provide:

Name: To help identify the inbox, you will need to enter a display name.

Description (Optional): If you would like to describe the inbox internally, please enter a description here.

Click on the Save button.
In the Inbox page, you will be able to see the new inbox. -
(Optional) You can change the settings of the new inbox by clicking the display name of the new inbox.
How to delete an inbox

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by logging in.

Click the Contact Center Management menu item, then click the Inbox item on the menu.

Choose which inboxes you want to delete by checking the boxes next to each one.

To delete a row in a table, click on the Delete button at the top.
