Managing Web Apps on Cisco Webex Board and Desk Series
You can add, delete, and edit web apps directly from the settings menu on your device.
- You also have the option to modify or remove apps that are already included in your list.
- Any web apps that are configured on Control Hub or in the UI extension editor will be available in the web apps list located under Externally Managed Web Apps; however, it will not be possible to make any changes to them or remove them from the device.
- On devices with a DX70 or DX80, it is not possible to add web applications.
To add a web app from the settings menu:
1. To open the control panel on your device, either touch the button on the right side of the screen or swipe in from the right. Tap the Device settings menu after that.
2. To manage your web apps, scroll down and select it.
3. After selecting the Add Web App option, provide the app’s name and URL on the next screen. Toggle the setting on if you want your app to appear in the call controls in addition to the home screen where it is normally shown.
4. To complete the task, you need to tap the checkmark in the upper right corner.
