Managing your OnZoom sold-to address
It is typically the address where your business is located that becomes your sold-to address when you are a business. Individuals usually have their sold-to address at their usual residence, which is where they usually reside as a result of their work. As stated in OnZoom’s Privacy Statement, we use your address for the purpose of calculating tax and also for other purposes.
Prerequisites for managing a sold-to address

Client for Zoom on the desktop

A Windows version of 5.6.5 (823) or higher is required

MacOS 5.6.4 (765) or a higher version is required

It is recommended that you use iOS 5.6.4 (308) or higher

How to edit your sold-to address
In accordance with the OnZoom Privacy Statement, the address you provide is used for the purpose of calculating tax, among other purposes. Depending on the country or region you select, the currency (USD – $) will be displayed.
The sold-to address can be edited under the Billing Information section.

OnZoom requires that you sign in.

On the top of the page, you will see a Manage button.

Click on the Billing Information link in the navigation menu.

Enter the required information about your address under the heading Your Address.

Save the file by clicking on the Save button.
