Managing your password in zoom app
In the case that you know the current password for Zoom, you can easily change it at any time. The following instructions will help you reset your password in case you forget it.

Zoom’s web portal can be accessed by signing in.

Click Profile from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

On the Sign In page, under Sign In Password, click the Edit button located to the right of it.

If you have an old password, please enter it here.

To confirm your new password, enter it once again under Confirm Password, then enter it again under New Password.
Note: Passwords must meet the minimum requirements before they can be used. -
Save the changes by clicking the Save Changes button.
Note: It is possible that you have previously signed in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, thus not having the option to change your password on your Profile page.
How to add a password login to Google, Apple, or Facebook login
You can easily add a second login to the same account that requires both an email address and a password, unless your account owner restricts you from doing so.
Adding a password login feature to your Google, Apple, or Facebook accounts is as easy as the following:

If you already have a Zoom account, sign out of it.

To sign up for Zoom, you will need to go to their website.

Please enter your date of birth so that we can verify your identity.

Whenever you register for Single Sign On (SSO), you will need to enter the email address that matches your Google, Apple, or Facebook account.

Click on the Sign Up button.
Your account will be activated as soon as you click the link in the email you receive with the signup instructions. -
The password you want to use must be entered twice.
Note: Passwords must meet the minimum requirements before they can be used. -
Please click the Continue button to continue.

You may enter the email addresses of the contacts you wish to invite or you may skip this step (optional).

Go to My Account by clicking the Go to My Account button.

The next step will be to click on the Profile link within your Zoom account in order to access your profile. You should now be able to access your Google, Apple, Facebook, and/or SSO accounts by clicking on Linked Accounts, indicating that both your email address and password can be used together to access these accounts.
Zoom password requirements
Several requirements must be met in order for a password to be considered secure by Zoom for security reasons. Whenever you create a new password or when you reset your password, you must follow these steps.
Note: In order to sign in to Zoom, you must use your Zoom password and email address as your user name and password, respectively. Your password must meet the requirements that are specified by Google, Apple, Facebook, or SSO if you are signing in with them.

A minimum of 8 characters must be entered

There is a limit of 32 characters per line

You must have at least one letter (a, b, c…)

There should be at least one number (1, 2, 3…)
-
The letters should be in both upper case and lower case

It cannot contain only one character (e.g., “111111” or “aaaaa”)
-
It must not contain consecutive characters (e.g., “123456” or “abcdef”)

Spaces are not allowed in the text (i.e., “Go Zoom”).

Reset your password
It is possible to reset your password through Zoom’s Forgot your password? Page if you sign in with your email address and password. Page. See Resetting your Zoom password for more information on how to do this.
Received a “This Zoom Account Does Not Exist” error message
It is possible that you have set up an account with a Google, Apple, or Facebook login. This is what may be causing you to receive a message that states “This Zoom account does not exist”. If you need to reset your password, you can log in to one of these platforms and do so from there.
A password can also be added to your Zoom account if you want to create a second login with the same email address and the same password.
