Manually changing the date and time on a Poly Trio in zoom app
As a rule, Polycom trios sync their time zone by synchronizing the Zoom Room or Zoom phone settings on the Polycom trio. Although, if there is a need to adjust the date and time manually, there is a way to do so if the need arises.

Obtaining the IP address of the device is the first step. Then tap Menu/Settings.

You can access the TCPIP Parameters by tapping Status, Network, and TCPIP Parameters.

Observe the IP address displayed on the screen and take note of it.

If you are connected to the same network as the device, you will need to open a web browser on the computer.

You will need to use a web browser to navigate to the IP address.

If you are using a default account (username: admin), please sign in with them.
Note: There are two default admin passwords: 456 and 789. Please contact the vendor of the phone if you do not know the username or password for the phone. Zoom’s web portal allows you to view the password for the administrator if the password for the administrator has been set globally. -
Then, click on Preferences, and then choose Date & Time from the drop-down menu.

Set the time and date for the event.
