Using Mozilla Firefox, follow the instructions in this document to manually install Webex Meetings.

Firefox extension for Webex Meetings can be manually installed as follows:

• Download the archive: Cisco_Webex_Extension.xpi.zip (see link below).

• Open the zip file you downloaded. Your desktop or other convenient location should have the Cisco_Webex_Extension.xpi extension file.

• Open a new tab in Firefox and drag cisco_webex_extension.xpi into the browser.

• You will be asked for permission in a dialog box. Add the item.

• Restart Firefox if necessary after clicking Install.

Your meeting has now been joined.

When you first join a Webex Meeting, the add-on file may still need to be downloaded and installed by your computer.
