Meeting templates in zoom App
Overview
During the scheduling process, you can save settings for a meeting so they can be used again for scheduling a meeting in the future. Various settings are included in the template, including the ability to join before the host, enabling automatic recording, and enabling language interpretation. Using the recurring meeting template option, it is possible for you to save the recurrence schedule as part of the template as well.
Note:
Templates do not have the ability to save meeting times and dates as well as alternative host settings.
In the event that you have saved a meeting as a template, you will be able to select that template when creating a meeting with similar settings in the future. This feature gives you access to up to 40 meeting templates you have saved.
