Missing Options in Audio Connections in Webex
The Audio Connections menu is missing options.
Default call-in number and audio connection type are missing from the preferences menu
For the host account, there is no audio connection type available.
There is a caution under the Preferences section of the Audio Connection
The host account does not appear to have the option to connect to the audio network
Whenever you attempt to change audio settings and there is an exclamation mark appearing, you will need to follow the steps provided below in order to resolve the issue.
When you select Webex Personal Conference in the preference section, then you will not be able to make any changes in the host account for Audio and Video settings when you select Audio and Video under the Audio and Video tab in the Audio connection because the meeting type is selected as Webex Personal Conference.
To resolve this issue:

You may access your Webex site by typing the following URL: https://SITENAME.webex.com/
Note: Your Webex site will be referred to as SITENAME instead of SITENAME when you use this command.

From the left side of the screen, select Preferences.

The Scheduling tab can be accessed by clicking on it.

In the dropdown menu, select Pro Meetings or any other meeting type apart from WebEx Personal Conferences.

For the changes to take effect click Saveve at the bottom of the page.
