Monitor Your Webex Room Phone

View your device data from Control Hub
Your device data, including features and device utilization, can be viewed in Control Hub through the Analytics tool. This information can be used to determine which features are popular or how often your device is used.
- Go to Analytics from the customer view in https://admin.webex.com.
- Select Devices from the menu.
- Click the drop-down list next to Type of device to select your device.
Display the Phone Information Window
From the Settings menu, you can access your phone’s information. Check the state of your phone or troubleshoot your device using this information. Depending on the deployment model, this information may include:

Name of the device.

An IP address is.

An address and serial number associated with Media Access Control (MAC).

Last firmware update date and current firmware version.
- You can do this by tapping the left-hand corner of the phone’s screen.
- The Settings option can be found in the menu.
- The About this device screen will appear.
View Status Messages
The system messages can be viewed after the phone has registered. Troubleshooting issues or viewing phone network activity can be done with this tool.
- You can do this by tapping the left-hand corner of the phone’s screen.
- Choosing Settings from the menu will take you to the Settings page.
- Access Status messages by navigating Issues and diagnostics.a
