Music Controls on the Cisco Headset 730 – Webex

Play and Pause Music

On the front of the right ear cup is where the controls for the music playback are located. When you receive a call, the music you’re listening to will automatically pause, and it will start playing again as soon as the call is over.
You may stop and play music with your headset by pressing the Play button, which is located in the middle of the right ear cup.

If the smart sensors on your headset are on, you will also have the ability to pause and resume music playback whenever you remove and replace your headphones.

Skip a Track

The buttons for controlling the music on your headset may be found on the front of the right ear cup.
To skip a track, press either the skip forward or skip back button.

Adjust Your Headset Volume

On the front of the right ear cup is where you’ll find the controls to control the volume.
To change the volume of your headset, either press the volume up or volume down button.
