My Headset Doesn’t Charge in webex

If the battery on your Cisco Headset 730 is not charging, try the following steps.

  • Check that your headset is connected to your USB-C cable. Charging the headset is indicated by the power LED beneath the Bluetooth/Power switch.

 

  • The USB-C cable is used to charge the Cisco Headset 730.

  • A USB cable must be securely connected at both ends.

  • Be sure the headset is at room temperature before charging it if it has been exposed to extremely high or low temperatures.

  • Switch USB-A wall chargers or AC power sources if the problem persists.
